1. Order Cancellation

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
✅ Defective or damaged product received.
✅ Wrong product delivered.

- The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Returns are not accepted for customized orders, sale items, or sarees with fall and pico stitching.

- After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and credit a refund within 7-10 business days.

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
